We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to strengthen our international team. You will be responsible for driving the continued success of our customers!
You will engage with accounts, managing customers’ needs, ensuring product adoption and revenue retention.
A successful candidate will be highly strategic, analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and will have an ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing a diverse set of customers.
This is a permanent position in Rijswijk, the Netherlands.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Be the main point of contact for inquiries from customers using Apeiron Insight’s data & insights and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Take ownership of Customer Support and help to build out a world-class Customer Success function.
- Own the onboarding, nurturing, retention, up selling and ongoing success for all customers.
- Engage actively in client discussions to position the value of our solution.
- Work closely with Research & Data Analysts to provide customers with unique insights.

Your role with us
As a Data Analyst you are responsible for analyzing Apeiron’s various data streams. You will help the Data Engineering team to spot anomalies in the data processing & provide the Business team with data analyses and actionable insights. You collect and combine data sets from various sources and build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into the processes in our warehouse.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data.
- Identifying patterns, trends and deviations in the data and translating them into understandable reports and actionable insights.
- Maintaining existing data processes and engineering new (automation) solutions to achieve better and faster reporting and analysis of our various datasets.
- Collaborating with the Engineering team to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and become the intermediary between the business needs and data solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing large datasets and using statistical analysis methods.
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization and the use of tools such as Excel (including writing macros) and Power BI and data analysis libraries, such as Matplotlib, Pandas, NumPy and SciPy.
- You are a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Research Analyst to assist turning Apeiron Insight’s proprietary data into useful market insights for our clients.
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for generating and publishing unique insights & research. You will use our proprietary data sets to perform data analysis, write reports, update marketing materials, and service client requests.
The Research Analyst will apply creativity, analytical curiosity, and industry knowledge to our client’s most critical business questions. The Research Analyst will enjoy working with data and translating it into a compelling story. You will develop real, actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
You should be proficient with Excel, mathematical modeling, and have a basic understanding of financial statements and accounting. Experience with Python and SQL is highly preferred. The individual should also be an effective written and verbal communicator.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Identify and execute creative ways to answer key industry questions using our proprietary data and insights.
- Apply tools such as Excel, SQL Python & PowerBI to extract useful data, create reports, and ultimately deliver client insights.
- Write, edit, and publish research reports incorporating insights derived from financial and statistical models.

We are looking for a Software Tester passionate about the data-solutions industry and willing to thrive in an exciting Dutch Big Data Analytics start-up company. You are a “real” tester who enjoys testing software and like to contribute to the improvement & stability of our products.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Functional Testing: Create and execute manual tests to ensure our software meets specified requirements.
- Automated Testing: Draft, implement, and execute automated test scripts using SQL, Python, and Bash Unix Scripting.
- Test Monitoring: Monitor the output of automated test scripts to identify issues.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive test reports based on tests conducted, providing clear insights into the quality and stability of our software.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve the testing process, contributing to overall product quality.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in technical software testing.
