Your role with us.
We are looking for a Client Account Executive to help us deepen relationships with our investment
fund clients and ensure they consistently extract value from our data products.
You’ll play a key role in account retention, engagement, and strategic growth—collaborating with
Product Analysts, Engineers, and Management Team. You’ll be responsible for monitoring client usage,
coordinating renewals, and identifying new ways our data can support client workflows. You’ll also
support our targeting efforts for new accounts, assisting with fund research, meeting preparation,
and conference planning.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment, and who is
motivated by building long-term client partnerships grounded in value and trust.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve our approach to client engagement and retention.
- Track renewal timelines and ensure a seamless renewal process.
- Identify opportunities for deeper product adoption across client organizations.
- Conduct research on prospective funds and maintain client briefing materials.
- Support preparation for conferences and key meetings, including follow-up coordination.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, operational, or research capacity—ideally in finance, data, or SaaS.
- Strong research and organizational skills, with an ability to distill and communicate insights clearly.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive), and public data sources such as 13F/13D filings.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially curious.

Jouw rol bij ons
Als Client Account Executive ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten binnen de
investeringswereld. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal waarde
halen uit onze dataproducten.
Je speelt een sleutelrol in klantbehoud, -engagement en commerciële groei. Je werkt nauw samen met
onze Product Analysts, Engineers en het Management Team. Je houdt klantgebruik in de gaten,
begeleidt verlengingen van contracten en identificeert nieuwe kansen om onze producten verder te
integreren in de klantprocessen.
Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het benaderen van potentiële klanten, doe je onderzoek naar
investeringsfondsen en help je bij de voorbereiding van klantgesprekken en (internationale)
conferenties.
Deze functie past perfect bij iemand die floreert in een analytische, dynamische omgeving en energie
haalt uit het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties op basis van vertrouwen en inhoud.

- Beheren en optimaliseren van onze klantrelatieprocessen
- Signaleren en begeleiden van contractverlengingen
- Kansen signaleren voor bredere productadoptie binnen klantorganisaties

Wat zoeken we in jou?
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte, operationele of research-rol, bij voorkeur binnen finance, data of SaaS
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en in staat om informatie helder en beknopt over te brengen
- Ervaring met tools als LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRM-systemen (zoals Pipedrive) en publieke datasources (zoals 13F/13D-filings)
- Nauwkeurig, proactief en commercieel nieuwsgierig

Your role with us
As Head of Data Analytics & Insights, you will lead our team of data analysts and be responsible for the
continued professionalization of our analytics and insights processes. You ensure that our analyses,
dashboards, and reports are fully aligned with client needs and business priorities. You will foster a
data-driven culture centered on quality, efficiency, and impact.
You will work closely with our Engineering, Webscraping, and Customer Success teams to ensure that data
flows seamlessly through the organization—from raw input to strategic insight. You also play a key role
in translating market data into actionable signals for our clients and management team.
What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of data analysts
- Develop the structure, and priorities for the Analytics & Insights function
- Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses on market data
- Safeguard data quality, process optimization, and analytical consistency
- Translate complex datasets into clear, investor-oriented insights
- Collaborate with Engineering to improve data products, pipelines, and modeling tools
- Support Customer Success with custom reporting and quantitative client insights

What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- A pragmatic mindset and the drive to get things done
- Strong background in predictive modeling, time series analysis, and applied statistics
- Hands-on modeling skills, combined with the ability to delegate effectively
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with model validation, feature engineering, and forecast evaluation
- Skilled at structuring complex analyses and communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment firms, or alternative data is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, coaching leadership style, and attention to detail
